2. Services Overview

DueClear offers a free invoice generation service, enabling users to create, customize, and download professional invoices without registration dueclear.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.


3. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide (company name, logo, client details, amounts, tax info, etc.).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on DueClear—including branding, design, layout, icons, and downloadable templates—is owned or licensed by us. You may use generated invoices for your own business or client needs, but you must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize our proprietary content.


5. Payment Terms

Even though we currently offer this service free of charge, here’s our standard provision if billing or paid features are introduced in the future:

  • Accepted Payments: Should you ever be required to pay—for example, for premium features—you must pay in the form and time specified on the invoice or order.
  • Due Date & Late Payments: Payments are due by the stated due date. Late payments may incur interest or fees (e.g., a percentage per month) TermsFeed.
  • Refunds & Disputes: Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service and will be detailed in any payment-specific agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your use of DueClear is at your own risk. We offer the service “as is,” with no warranties—either express or implied—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for:

  • Inaccuracies, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the service or generated documents.
